Cancellation Policy
I am by appointment only, and set aside time for each client as they book. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment please reach out to me as soon as possible. If you cancel with less than 48 hours before your appointment you may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service. When cancelling late notice, unfortunately it can be difficult to fill this space with another client. No Call No Show: If you don’t show up to your scheduled appointment & have not contacted to cancel me - this will result in a cancellation fee up to 100% of the scheduled service. Please remember to respect my time as I do the same for you. If you are more than 15 minutes late, and have not contacted me- your appointment will be cancelled. Booking an appointment with me means you have read and understand my polices. And consent to fees that may incur due to late notice cancellations and or No call No Shows.
